Off To Cornwall

Off to Inow in Cornwall in what promises to be a very special place – takeĀ  a look here.Trebah Gardens are very near, so this is real Orchid House country. I’m looking forward to visiting the gardens and am hopeful of some good weather but if not I’ve got my Kindle ( uploaded 2 new books) – and my favourite A3 size purple notebook with squared paper, so what more could I ask for? Bottle or two of wine… log burner to sit by….beautiful scenery… it’s all there and waiting.

  1. It sounds heavenly Avril. Cornwall is one of my favouriter places. The family are going for a week at new year, and I can’t wait to spend a lazy week walking the dogs on the beach, writing, reading and eating. I hope you found good weather, orchids and time to write!

DM on twitter re writing group visit!

    Love Ange xx

    1. Hi Ange, yes, I love Cornwall too – and the south west as a whole but then I was born and brought up there so no surprise. Somehow it feels like another country and it was such a peaceful trip -felt like I’d been away for ages. Brilliant for family holidays, so I envy you the New Year there.

  2. Hi Avril, Your trip sounds wonderful – will await a report! It’s already snowed in the mountains of Colorado – no orchids for me!

    1. Hi Barb, great to hear from you. Wow, snow already! I’m not sure I could handle it. I’m still clinging on to the remnants of summer. Look forward to seeing your photos which are always amazing!
